Plant Availability

Our bareroot deciduous plants (from small liners up to 1.5" caliper trees) are sold December through March. Many species sell out before they are dug. It is a good idea to order early (late summer) for the best selection. Container plants (1 gal. to 20 gal.) are available all year.

We accept orders through phone, fax, or email. Deposits or credit checks may be required before shipment. Please use the above contact information for placing orders.

Prices on accompanying availability lists are intended for the wholesale trade only. These lists cancel all previous lists and quotations and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on these lists are in U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Sevenoaks Native Nursery LLC. Orders less than $200.00 USD are considered retail (wholesale price x 1.65).

Shipping Nursery stock must be ordered in multiples of full bundle counts. All stock is shipped at buyer's risk and expense, F.O.B. Sevenoaks Native Nursery. Orders will be shipped UPS, unless otherwise specified. Sevenoaks is not liable for delays in transit. All stock travels at purchaser's risk. Packaging charges will be invoiced at cost of labor and materials. For customers who pick up their order, there will be no charge for boxes or packing labor. Orders held for shipping after April 1st must be prepaid and are subject to additional storage charges.

Terms Payment in full should accompany orders of less than $250.00 USD. Customers without approved credit must submit a 25% deposit and pay the balance in full before shipment. For customers with approved credit, payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Past due accounts will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) plus collection fees. New customers desiring credit should give bank name plus three other trade references in advance of shipment.

Grading Standards Plants from Sevenoaks will equal or exceed standards adopted by the American Association of Nurserymen.

Contract Propagation We welcome you inquiries for contracted propagation and growing.

Cancellations for bareroot plants must be made in writing prior to December 1st.

Guarantee Sevenoaks sells with you, the customer in mind. We therefore guarantee that all plants are healthy and have the potential to grow for you when shipped. We are careful to keep our varieties true to name, however, if they should prove otherwise, our liability is limited to replacement or refund of purchase price.
